Returns & Refunds

This policy covers paid advisory programs and workshops sold directly by Megon Ultimate where prices are listed on this site. Custom enterprise agreements may supersede with written terms.

Where applicable under Thai consumer protection rules, private consumers may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase if services have not yet been substantially performed, unless an exception applies by law.

Refunds may be considered for cancellations initiated by Megon Ultimate, failure to deliver agreed milestones through no fault of the client, or duplicate billing errors documented with receipts.

If work has commenced with client approval, any refund may be partial to reflect time and materials already applied at standard rates disclosed in the proposal.

Third-party expenses already incurred (travel, venue deposits, licensed data) are generally non-refundable. Bespoke materials delivered digitally may be non-refundable once downloaded unless defective.

Email studio@megon-ultimate.pro with invoice number, reason, and supporting documents. We acknowledge within five business days and decide within fifteen business days where feasible. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within thirty business days subject to banking timelines.

Clients may reschedule workshops once without penalty if notice exceeds ten business days. Force majeure events may justify alternative delivery formats instead of refunds.
