Megon Ultimate provides trade marketing consultancy, workshops, and related materials described on this site. Deliverables depend on executed statements of work. Website descriptions are summaries, not binding specifications.

Clients provide accurate data, timely approvals, and safe access to venues or systems required for engagements. Delayed inputs may shift timelines and may incur additional fees where noted in proposals.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Megon Ultimate retains rights to underlying methodologies while granting clients a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes. Redistribution to unrelated third parties requires written consent.

Both parties will protect confidential information disclosed during engagements using reasonable care. Exceptions apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully received from others.

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Megon Ultimate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or advisory services. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement during the six months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating proceedings in courts located in Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Either party may terminate an engagement per the governing statement of work. Sections on confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
